Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
